It is a book of wisdom and instruction inspired by God to give guidelines on living here on earth during our brief stay. The key character and events are as follows. We get to see the world through the eyes of a wise teacher that is trying to find joy and purpose in the worldly things. He is unable to find what he is seeking or a sense of meaning to his existence. In the end we come to learn that the teacher finds he and his existence is meaningless without God. That man was created to glorify and worship God. This book tells us that we cannot comprehend everything in this life but God has a purpose and a hand in all that happens. This book contains wisdom to cope with and thrive in life. That fearing God and obeying his commands will bring joy to man on this earth. That life is short and that we will be all judge in the end for are actions. That worldly achievements and pleasures are left behind. The only things that survive are what is done to glorify god and are relationship with him.
