another step towards my goal

I made 10,000 steps yesterday. I took the staircase instead of the elevator. I had a great day at work. I will begin my weightloss plan on Monday. I am starting to make changes slowly.
Five thing that I am grateful for.
1) The wonderful cold weather that we are having
2) My fireplace
3) The sissors my friend gave me.
4) Having a job that I don't sit behind a desk
5) Friends that hug me
6) connecting with childhood friends
7) watching mystry shows with my husband
