I had a discussion with a co-worker about God that had really never crossed my mind before. He stated that in the Bible it seems that God uses men with great sin. The men who have the greatest sin and have been forgive seem to do the most for him. He said maybe this is because they experience the power of God's salvation and forgiveness in a greater manner and have the most gratitude for the forgiveness from their sins. Just a thought. God used Moses a murder to change the world. I wonder What can do with me? The tribulation in this world may bring me closer to him. In the storm I am closes to my heavenly father. Maybe that is why we can count it as all joy.
