I just finished the Surrendered Wife By Laura Doyle, this book was short and to the point. I really liked that it did not add extra fluff and taught Biblical lessons that could easily applied  to any woman's marriage to improve it. I am a Christian woman and I do believe the man is the head of the home but, I also think that rather than define roles such as finances, laundry, home repair as masculine or feminine the spouse that is good at them should do them. It is better to work together on tasks because their may be a time in the relationship that one of you may not be able to do one. Then you could become truly one.
