Well I am back in school and a very eventful Christmas. Dave and I played Mr. and Mrs. Clause for a nursing home, a preschool, restaurant, and American legion. I started back to work the first day, I had a melt down because of new indicative that are suppose to improve patient care. I will be posting some thought on that later. I have began my new life after gastric sleeve I am down one hundred pounds and I am feeling great. The doctor wants me to loose twenty more in six weeks it will be tough but, I know I can do it. I have to do this to live. This year is going to be about creating habits that improve my life. One is spending more time with family and friends. We are going to have family game night tonight and a pot luck. I also have started back to school.
