Low calorie Ice cream treats that are good for you

Frozen Watermelon Pops
3 cups pureed watermelon
1 TSP lemon juice
1 env unflavored gelatin
1pkg strawberry gelatin powdered, sugar- free frozen lowfat
non-dairy whipped topping, softened
 In a saucepan, combine the watermelon puree, lemon juice, and unflavored gelatin, Set aside for five minutes, Heat over a low flame, stirring untill the gelatin dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin. Mix untill smooth and the gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to bring to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl, fold together the gelatin mixture and whipped topping. Distribute into eight 4 ounce paper cups. Freeze to serve. peel back the paper.
