Today was a great day except I snapped at a co-worker I apologized. But I hate that she is so lazy and we all end up picking up her slack. I had a good day on my diet. We had a great dinner. I watching one dr. who because I did twelve hours, took a hot shower and going to bed. My foot is still hurting it made it difficult to work today. I have eight hours of overtime in the morning
