Yogurt cheese

 Use this as you would cheese

4 cups plain nonfat yogurt

Large fine meshed strainer lined with a paper towel or large colander lined with two layers of cheesecloth

Sealable container

Set the lined strainer or colander in the sink

Scoop yogurt let it drain overnight

Refrigerate yo.gurt cheese in tightly covered container up to week c an add or garlic to the spread
