I have been receiving a lot of constructive criticism  in my life. I don't know why it so hard to take but it is necessary. I have to learn to listen better, speak less and follow the chain of command. I often find it hard to listen because everything comes at me all at the same time at work. Maybe I have to set better boundaries as well. I am seeking a way to becoming a better listener. I am also looking for a  different job with more life work balance. I don't like change but this is necessary to have a better life.
